I got a feva’ and the prescription is mo snorkeling.
Man did today rock! We went to Akumal and hit the lagoon for a few hours for some great snorkeling. It was honestly one of the most exciting experiences of my life. We saw hundreds od beautiful fish of all shapes and sizes. Some od then we about 2 inches from our faces.
Jack was totally pumped but also frozen. The water was about 80 degrees but even I was shivering after about an hour or so in the water. One of the coolest things was went I would dive down about 15 feet and the temp of the water would actually climb about 10 degrees.
Before this experience I was planning g to hit the slopes for the next Xmas trip. But now I think it’s gonna be Belize or Cozomel for more snorkeling.y

We just arrived in Coba. It was a long tedious drive but got really exciting when we saw a huge boa constricor on the highway. It had no chance of making it across.
Now we are at an small restorante just outside the ruins in Coba. This is gonna be belish!!!!!

Just got back from a great day at the beach. We got there at about 9 after a perfect breakfast at the Ibiza cafe. They had abou fifteen different types of fruit and veggies along with tons of traditional stuff. We hung out by the pool for a while after testing out the ocean. The switched back and fourth a few times. They had deep fried hotdogs at the snack bar with nachos. I scored some of that for Jack not knowing if they would have the “right stuff” at the sushi bar. The rolls were good but the sashimi was a little suspect so I steered clear.
Now we are in the hotel room (4:15) watching some toons and cleaning up a little bit. Traditional Mexican party tonight with carne and the like.
