Good Times…
Last night rocked! Nothing too fancy or exciting but just and overall good time.
In the last 2 years I have reunitied with my brother. Before then we would go 6 – 8 months with talking to eachother. No particular reason it just worked out that way. Now he has a little girl and is newly married. eg – settled down.
Over the last 2 years we have been saying, “We gotta do dinner sometime.” So last night we finally did what we said we would do.
We met in Lake Geneva at Popeye’s and had a great dinner and a lot of laughs. We took this opportunity to deliver their wedding gifts. Laura was the photographer for their wedding. We went to snapfish and posted all the pics on the web for them and the guests. Then we bought a blank photo album, made a bound album and filled a memory card that stored all the pictures for easy distribution.
After dinner we hung out for about an hour just talking and catching up. By this time it was 9:30 or so and the newlyweds had to get back to the baby so they took off. Laura and I took a walk around the area until it started raining and headed back. Good times.
